Shipping policy

I do my best to pack your pottery safely, but shipping fragile items is always a risk. It is always heartbreaking if pieces don't make it safely. If your item arrives broken in shipping, please contact me within 7 days with photos attached and I will arrange a refund or a replacement for the item.
